Windows XP OOBE

Out of the Box Experience, title.wma

Windows XP had a so-called “OOBE” program which was used to set up user accounts, activate Windows, etc. For those users that had sound drivers and speakers set up correctly, they could hear a pretty interesting piece of music. For a long time, it was known just as its filename - title.wma, but it was actually first used in 1996 in a Microsoft Internet Explorer product.
