Basics

Since Sept 2022, this site is built with Jekyll on my local machine. We are using Maxime Vaillancourt’s theme. We create and manage content pages in Obsidian. It’s a static site hosted on my homelab through Caddy.

Linting, Formatting, Spell-checking

All is handled through Obsidian and plugins.

Future Thoughts

While we like this setup, it seems like it might face growth challenges.

  • would like to evaluate other SSGs, including Hugo and [[ Docusaurus ]]
